The MODEL 3010BX is AMI’s neXt generation Trace H2S Analyzer. Its patented technologies and superior design make the Analyzer the top pick among engineers and measurement technicians seeking reliable and accurate H2S measurements under harsh conditions.
The MODEL 1000RS is the premier choice for portable trace oxygen analysis in the Natural Gas Industry. Activities, such as spot-checking and trouble-shooting in gas systems, require a rapid reading of trace oxygen levels without the long wait for stability or a risk of sensor damage through incorrect operation. The MODEL 1000RS is a compact, rugged and highly reliable portable analyzer that contains our patented Eliminator Cell Block™. A complete sample system with all handling components are fully integrated into the Block and connected by internal drilled passages. There is also a breakthrough 4-way sample selection valve that is designed to simultaneously open and close the ports leading to the sensor, based on whether the user wants gas sample to reach or bypass the sensor. This flawless design eliminates any potential accidents that could result from a single port being left opened or close, causing unintended back-pressure or damage to the oxygen sensor. Additionally, the 4-way sample selection valve provides the added benefit of keeping measurement readings from spiking due to the presence of oxygen levels already in the line when the portable unit is quickly connected and disconnected from the gas line.

The MODEL 4010LX has been designed to be the industry’s most advanced TDL Moisture Analyzer. It utilizes Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) to measure the concentration of H₂O vapor in Natural Gas. The Analyzer is designed with several key innovative breakthroughs not seen on other competitive devices. Among them are the Liquid Eliminator Cell Block™, SMART Calibration™, and Liquid Separator Technology™. These innovations come as standard options, and they ensure that our Analyzer provides the highest level of performance, reliability, and ease-of-use. The unit has a minimum detection of 0.25 lbs and a standard measurement range of 0.25 to 20.0 lbs of H2O. It offers excellent repeatability and delivers incredibly fast upscale / downscale response times. The MODEL 4010LX also contains the Command Center Electronics Platform™, allowing customers access to a full suite of powerful tools – including 2 Fully Adjustable Moisture Alarms, Datalogger, Analyzer History and USB virtual comport and Modbus bi-directional RS485. It is even designed to meet requirements for Class I, Div. 1, Groups B,C,D in a flammable gas sample. Customers will learn that the MODEL 4010LX is PERFECTLY PRICED and will quickly become their Moisture Analyzer of choice.

DemisterThe Demister is a compact, vertically mounted device that attaches directly to the pipeline. As the hot sample gas passes through the DEMISTER, it is rapidly cooled, causing the compressor oil, glycol, and water vapors to condense, coalesce and drain back into the pipeline. This high level of protection for your Analyzers is achieved without the need for power, venting/bypassing gas or periodic maintenance. |
