Flow Switch - High Flow
The FS5100 Series Flow Switch – High Flow is designed to precisely detect increasing or decreasing flow rate of gases for critical processes. The electrical switch is operated by a high energy permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is totally encapsulated by 316 stainless steel, utilizing the patented Autoseal process, providing a continuous, impenetrable barrier of 316 stainless steel, which is chemically resistant to even the most aggressive chemical action. The linear, high resolution adjustment allows for precise settings. The compact construction is ideal for high density system packaging.

Priority Flow Switch High Flow Very Low Differential Pressure
The FS5900 Series Flow Switch uses a special priority channel to virtually eliminate differential pressure under high flow conditions, while providing the most reliable flow fault monitor at low flow rate set points. In a typical application example, it would be possible to set the low flow alarm set point at say 1 slpm, with a purge flow rate of 100 slpm or higher.
