The MODEL 2010BR is approved for operation in Class 1, Div 1, Groups B,C,D hazardous areas with a flammable gas sample. The unit can be purchased with an optional low-power (efficient), integrated explosion-proof heater, allowing it to operate in temperatures as low as -20°F. An Extreme Weather Enclosure is also available for customers working in extreme environments where the temperature can drop to -40°F.
The MODEL 3010BR provides customers with a superior solution in place of hazardous-waste generating lead acetate tape for measuring trace amounts of H2S. This high-performance analyzer contains several key proprietary innovations as part of its design. The Eliminator Cell Block™ has a complete sample system with all handling components, including the flow meter, needle valve and a 3-way sample/span/off selection valve, integrated into a solid metallic block and connected by internal drilled passages. In contrast to competitive analyzers that use a traditional sample system with ‘off-the-shelf’ components, our Eliminator Cell Block™ makes it possible for the MODEL 3010BR to be compact, easy to install, virtually maintenance-free, and practically immune to risk of internal leaks. The Block also delivers fast response times and provides the most efficient gas path for sample to the travel to the sensor - a key benefit because of the inherent ‘sticky nature’ of H2S. The Command Center Electronics Platform™ is also included as part of the Analyzer’s standard options package. The MODEL 1000RS is the premier choice for portable trace oxygen analysis in the Natural Gas Industry. Activities, such as spot-checking and trouble-shooting in gas systems, require a rapid reading of trace oxygen levels without the long wait for stability or a risk of sensor damage through incorrect operation. The MODEL 1000RS is a compact, rugged and highly reliable portable analyzer that contains our patented Eliminator Cell Block™. A complete sample system with all handling components are fully integrated into the Block and connected by internal drilled passages. There is also a breakthrough 4-way sample selection valve that is designed to simultaneously open and close the ports leading to the sensor, based on whether the user wants gas sample to reach or bypass the sensor. This flawless design eliminates any potential accidents that could result from a single port being left opened or close, causing unintended back-pressure or damage to the oxygen sensor. Additionally, the 4-way sample selection valve provides the added benefit of keeping measurement readings from spiking due to the presence of oxygen levels already in the line when the portable unit is quickly connected and disconnected from the gas line.
The MODEL 1000RS comes equipped with the Command Center Electronics Platform™ as part of the standard options package, which gives users complete control and management of the Analyzer’s trace measurement readings and history data (calibration, power failure and brown-out history). Its battery power provides up to 350 hours of operation on a full charge. The MODEL 221R is the top oxygen-deficiency monitor used by many industries to protect their employees from sudden asphyxiation due to leaks from pressurized gas cylinders or cryogenic-liquefied gases stored in dewers. The MODEL 4010BR has been designed to be the industry’s most advanced TDL Moisture Analyzer. It utilizes Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) to measure the concentration of H₂O vapor in Natural Gas. The Analyzer is designed with several key innovative breakthroughs not seen on other competitive devices.
