CUSTOM CEMS AND ANALYZER SAMPLE LINES

TubeTrace® Heated Instrument Tubing and Non-Heated Tubing Bundles are available in a variety of configurations.  Your CEMS and Analyzer sample lines will be cost-effective and reliable
with Thermon. Thermon's flexible manufacturing process can include auxiliary conductors, non-heated tubes, factory installed temperature sensors, a variety of heat tracing options, special markings and identification as required.

Custom tubing bundles are also available for CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) and process analyzer applications for heated umbilicals.

Electrically Heated Tubing Bundles

Tube Trace with BSX - designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance for tubing where no “steam out” of the tubing is possible. BSX withstands temperature exposures of 85°C (185°F).

Tube Trace with FP -  constant watt heat tracing, is designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance for tubing.

Tube Trace with HPT - HPT power-limiting heat tracing, is designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance for tubing where high temperature exposure capability is possible. HPT withstands temperature exposures of 260°C (500°F).

Tube Trace with HTSX - HTSX self-regulating heat tracing, is designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance for tubing where high temperature exposure capability is possible. HTSX withstands temperature exposures of 250°C (482°F).

Tube Trace with MIQ - MI heat tracing, is designed to maintain high temperatures or provide freeze protection where high temperature exposure is possible. MIQ withstands temperature exposures of 593°C (1,100°F).

Tube Trace with VSX-HT - VSX-HT self-regulating heat tracing, is designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance for tubing where high temperature exposure capability is possible. VSX-HT withstands intermittent temperature exposures of 250°C (482°F).

 

STEAM OR FLUID HEATED TUBING BUNDLES

TubeTrace® Type SI/MI - Freeze protection or process temperature maintenance with a tube temperature range: 5°C to 121°C (40°F to 250°F). Designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance for metallic and non-metallic tubing with “light” steam trace, TubeTrace Type SI/MI is suitable for use with process analyzers, emissions analyzers, and impulse lines to flow or pressure transmitters where steam or hot liquid is the preferred heating media.

TubeTrace® Type SP/MP - Freeze protection or process temperature maintenance with a tube temperature range: 5°C to 205°C (40°F to 250°F). Designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance for metallic and non-metallic tubing with “heavy” steam trace, TubeTrace Type SP/MP is suitable for use with process analyzers, emissions analyzers, and impulse lines to flow or pressure transmitters where steam or hot liquid is the preferred heating media.

PREINSULATED TUBING

ThermoTube® Type SL - ThermoTube is a single insulated tube ideally suited to transport hot or cold liquids or gases. It was specifically developed for steam supply and condensate return lines, and is also used as an un-heated sample line.

ThermoTube® Type SL - HT, HTX & HTX2 - ThermoTube Pre-Insulated Tubing HT, HTX and HTX2 are non-heated tube bundles to transport high temperature steam / liquids or for sample lines and impulse lines to pressure instruments. These products are used where heat tracing is deemed unnecessary such as indoors or in climates that do not experience subfreezing temperatures. They limit heat losses for energy conservation and provide personnel protection by limiting outer jacket temperatures.
